Job Responsibilities:

✦   Leads or conducts requirements management activities, ensuring that the impact of changes are well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders.

✦   Leads or conducts solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs.

✦   Perform requirement analysis, detailing, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation.

✦   Conduct testing functionalities as per requirement.

✦   Conduct UAT with business users and trainings.

Job Requirements:

✦   Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.

✦   Must have Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience.

✦   Good understanding of DMS and related processes.

✦   Understanding of dealer management and order management processes.

✦   Basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and capabilities.

✦   Experience in requirement analysis and detailing, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation.

✦   Experience in testing functionalities.

✦   Experience in conducting UAT with business users and trainings.

✦   Understanding of sales and service management processes.

✦   Good communication skills.
