Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead discovery workshops with healthcare and aged care clients.

✦   Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.

✦   Configure Salesforce Health Cloud (data model, care plans, patient profiles, workflows).

✦   Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

✦   Support UAT, training and go-live activities.

✦   Contribute to best practice frameworks and accelerators for healthcare implementations.

✦   Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

✦   Salesforce Health Cloud certification essential.

✦   Experience running workshops and gathering requirements.

✦   Ability to turn complex needs into simple, scalable solutions.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
