Job Responsibilities:

✦   Requirements analysis and detailing for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions.

✦   Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documentation.

✦   Support testing of functionalities as per business requirements.

✦   Conduct UAT sessions with business users.

✦   Provide training to end users on Salesforce processes.

✦   Lead or support requirements management activities ensuring changes are properly assessed and approved.

✦   Work on Sales and Service management processes in enterprise applications.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business and system requirements.

Job Requirements:

✦   5–7 years of experience in Salesforce Functional / Business Analyst roles.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Experience in automotive or manufacturing domain preferred.

✦   Understanding of Dealer Management System (DMS) and order management processes.

✦   Basic Salesforce administration knowledge.

✦   Experience in requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation.

✦   Experience in testing and UAT execution.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
