Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, code, debug, test, document, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions including customizations and integrations.

✦   Evaluate, support, and test vendor-supplied software and perform upgrades and patches.

✦   Research business processes to design UI and workflows tailored to business needs.

✦   Develop code to support system interfaces and data integrations using Salesforce APIs.

✦   Provide daily support to end-users and resolve system issues.

✦   Coordinate with departments to ensure proper application functionality and communication.

✦   Conduct system and program testing and perform code revisions.

✦   Participate in Agile activities such as Scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

✦   Manage and resolve user trouble tickets and provide on-call support.

✦   Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

✦   U.S. Citizenship and ability to receive a favorable DoD background investigation.

✦   3+ years of general application development and support experience.

✦   1 year of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.

✦   Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, REST.

✦   Experience in an agile environment using Jira or similar tools.

✦   Experience communicating with technical and business audiences.

✦   Preferred: 4+ years of experience and 2 years in Salesforce Health Cloud.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Developer I, and Developer II.

✦   Experience with Aura framework, OmniScript, Lightning Web Components, and Einstein Analytics.
