Job Responsibilities:

✦   Evaluate, support, and test vendor-supplied software packages for compatibility with existing systems.

✦   Research and understand the setup and functionality of available software modules, recommending process changes for better utilization.

✦   Assist in planning and modifying Salesforce configurations in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator.

✦   Design UI and workflows according to business needs.

✦   Analyze, design, and develop code for system interfaces and data integration services using Salesforce APIs.

✦   Convert logical designs into program code and participate in code reviews.

✦   Serve as a resource and provide escalation assistance to entry-level developers.

✦   Provide daily support to end-users with system issues and perform debugging tasks.

✦   Coordinate communication between departments for seamless application functionality.

✦   Develop and conduct system and program testing, ensuring necessary code revisions are made.

✦   Prepare technical reports and instructional manuals for program development documentation.

✦   Participate in Agile Project Management activities, including Scrum meetings and sprint planning.

✦   Provide on-call support and perform other assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

✦   U.S. Citizenship and ability to receive a favorable DoD background investigation.

✦   5+ years of general application development and support experience.

✦   3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and DevOps toolset.

✦   Proficiency with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST.

✦   Experience in an agile environment using tools like Jira.

✦   Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

✦   Preferred: 7+ years of general application development and support experience.

✦   Preferred: 4 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and DevOps practices.

✦   Salesforce Platform App Builder, Developer I, and Developer II Certifications.

✦   Experience with Aura framework, OmniScript, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, and Einstein Analytics.

✦   Technical experience with healthcare systems or government contract systems.

✦   Strong team-building and problem-solving skills.
