Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, triggers, flows, and OmniStudio components.

✦   Collaborate with architects, engineering managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare-focused Salesforce enhancements.

✦   Implement process automation using declarative tools (Flows) and custom code.

✦   Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using APIs and web services.

✦   Participate in release management, environment management, and CI/CD pipeline operations.

✦   Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and ensure code quality standards.

✦   Optimize system performance and resolve complex production issues.

✦   Maintain security, scalability, and data quality in all solutions.

✦   Work on HIPAA-compliant patient experience and healthcare solutions.

✦   Support deployment and production incident resolution.

✦   Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 5 years of software development experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud features and data models.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Experience with OmniStudio and platform security concepts.

✦   Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

✦   Experience with Git and version control systems.

✦   Understanding of healthcare domain including provider/payer workflows.

✦   Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, PHI, and PII compliance requirements.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required.

✦   Accredited Health Cloud Professional certification preferred.

✦   Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
