Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop and review complex Salesforce Health Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, triggers, flows, and OmniStudio components.

✦   Design and implement HIPAA-compliant digital patient experience solutions for care coordination, patient management, and payer/provider workflows.

✦   Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and middleware tools such as IICS and AWS API Gateway.

✦   Collaborate with architects to define integration patterns and data flow designs.

✦   Work with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and ensure security, scalability, and data quality.

✦   Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure proper deployments using tools like Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

✦   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

✦   Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

✦   Optimize system performance and refactor legacy components.

✦   Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards and Salesforce best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

✦   Minimum 6 years of software development experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, including patient and insurance data models.

✦   Hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Experience with integration patterns using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs.

✦   Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

✦   Understanding of healthcare domain processes, including provider/payer workflows and US healthcare ecosystem.

✦   Strong knowledge of platform security, data protection, and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, PHI/PII).

✦   Salesforce certifications preferred: Platform Developer I & II, Health Cloud Professional.

✦   Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.

✦   Knowledge of Agentforce is desirable.

✦   Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
