Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and support Salesforce Health Cloud / FSC implementations.

✦   Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.

✦   Perform fit-gap analysis and propose optimal solutions.

✦   Configure Salesforce modules including data model, objects, fields, workflows, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.

✦   Work on Lightning components and page layouts.

✦   Work on industry-specific features such as Health Cloud (patient management, care plans, clinical data) and FSC (financial accounts, householding, client onboarding).

✦   Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware), data migration, and system enhancements.

✦   Support UAT, SIT, and go-live activities.

✦   Prepare functional documents (BRD, FDD, user stories).

✦   Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform.

✦   Hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder / Flow).

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets).

✦   Experience in data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).

✦   Experience in reports and dashboards.

✦   Good understanding of healthcare workflows (for Health Cloud) or banking/insurance workflows (for FSC).
