Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop configurable solutions within the Salesforce platform.

✦   Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.

✦   Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrate Salesforce.com with other systems.

✦   Apply best practices and design patterns for Salesforce platform applications.

✦   Gather, analyse and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements, and production issues.

✦   Guide technical team with technical advice, code review comments, and industry best practices.

✦   Debug and provide ongoing technical support for existing applications built using custom Apex code.

✦   Collaborate with other IT teams and developers to integrate across the business.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM including Health Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong expertise in LWC, Apex, and Health Cloud or Omnistudio.

✦   Experience in Salesforce integration, configuration, and development.

✦   Domain knowledge in payer, provider data management, and care management implementation preferred.

✦   Experience working in Agile methodologies.

✦   Salesforce external certifications and Health Cloud certifications preferred.

✦   Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and guide technical teams.
