Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead enterprise integration architecture and development across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Design and implement integrations with systems such as ERP, Master Data Management, Oracle CPQ, and PLM.

✦   Develop and manage web services and integration technologies including SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.

✦   Utilize middleware tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica IICS.

✦   Implement Salesforce Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).

✦   Design scalable data architecture including object modeling, relationships, sharing, and security models.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, governor limits, and performance optimization strategies.

✦   Lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business processes into scalable technical solutions.

✦   Design and implement authentication and security mechanisms including MFA, OAuth, SAML, SSO, and TLS/SSL.

✦   Develop high-level and low-level technical design documents and architectural diagrams.

✦   Lead technical design and ensure alignment with long-term architectural strategy.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

✦   Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, performance, and best practices adherence.

✦   Identify and resolve complex technical issues and architectural risks.

✦   Manage environment and release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

✦   Mentor junior developers and lead development teams.

✦   Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across platforms.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a STEM-related field.

✦   12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   12+ years of experience in web services and integration technologies including SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.

✦   Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica IICS.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).

✦   12+ years of experience with Visualforce, Apex, CRM Analytics, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Dynamic Forms.

✦   12+ years of Salesforce data architecture experience including object modeling, security, and performance optimization.

✦   10+ years of web application development experience using Java or C#, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

✦   10+ years of experience in data modeling, SQL database development, and ETL processes.

✦   10+ years of experience leading workshops and translating requirements into technical solutions.

✦   8+ years of experience with authentication and security protocols including MFA, OAuth, SAML, and SSO.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CLI, VS Code, AWS, and DevOps tools.

✦   Strong experience in source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX.

✦   Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

✦   Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring teams.

✦   Salesforce certifications including System Administrator, Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, Platform Developer I/II, and Platform Integration Architect.

✦   Preferred experience with Informatica IICS, Azure DevOps, Snowflake, Matillion, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
