Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform and support deployments and maintenance of Salesforce application.

✦   Perform activities such as data gathering, data cleansing, and developing integrations.

✦   Work directly with business leaders to understand business processes and with IT stakeholders to maintain the Salesforce application.

✦   Basic configuration of the system such as user management and security profile updates.

✦   Create interfaces to bring in data from external systems.

✦   Participate in performing weekly deployments.

✦   Create, maintain and support standard Salesforce reports and dashboards.

✦   Improve data quality by using tools such as Cloudingo.

✦   Assist with Salesforce optimization initiatives such as cleansing fields and page layouts.

✦   Monitor errors and escalate them when necessary.

✦   Exhibit professionalism, accountability, integrity, transparency, team spirit and respect for other team members.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in technology, business, marketing or a related field.

✦   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✦   Good writing, verbal and presentation skills.

✦   Analytical mind with ability to learn quickly.

✦   Ability to work collaboratively with peers and superiors.

✦   Basic understanding of IT concepts such as Cloud computing, Client-Server architecture and software development lifecycle.

✦   Ability to use email and collaborate with other team members using chat tools.
