Job Responsibilities:
✦ Act as Level 1 support for Salesforce end users.
✦ Handle incoming incidents and service requests via ticketing systems.
✦ Provide timely and user-friendly communication to resolve issues.
✦ Support login, access, profile, role, and permission set issues.
✦ Assist with page layout navigation, data updates, and basic troubleshooting.
✦ Support report and dashboard access issues.
✦ Follow incident management processes and SLA compliance.
✦ Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues with proper documentation.
✦ Create and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs, and runbooks.
✦ Participate in shift-based global support operations and handovers.
Job Requirements:
✦ 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce application or CRM end-user support.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce profiles, roles, permission sets, and security model.
✦ Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
✦ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✦ Ability to work in shift-based and global support environments.
✦ Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
✦ Basic understanding of integrations and ITIL processes is a plus.
