Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications.

✦   Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable Apex code.

✦   Create custom Lightning components and integrate them with other platforms.

✦   Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and integrations.

✦   Understand business processes, pain points, and customer experience to deliver Salesforce-based technical solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.

✦   Author solution design documents and provide input to solution architecture.

✦   Develop Apex, Visualforce, Lightning-based enhancements including LWC and Aura.

✦   Manage and mentor junior and mid-level developers for assigned technical tasks.

✦   Collaborate with development teams to ensure best possible solutions.

✦   Coach peers and contribute to architecture and technical guidance initiatives.

✦   Achieve Salesforce technical certifications and apply them to business problems.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

✦   Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.

✦   Ability to design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Experience in solution design and solution architecture documentation.

✦   Strong understanding of business processes and customer experience mapping.

✦   Experience in mentoring and leading development teams.

✦   Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Salesforce certification preferred.
