Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead Salesforce development and configuration activities across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud implementations.

✦   Design and build scalable, high-performance solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integrations.

✦   Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and convert them into technical designs.

✦   Participate in deployment cycles, code reviews, and release management activities.

✦   Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and ensure adherence to best practices.

✦   Contribute to reusable components, clean code standards, and technical governance.

✦   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   4+ years of mandatory experience working with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Integrations (REST/SOAP, third-party systems).

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes.

✦   Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.

✦   Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1), Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.

✦   Good to have: Experience with Salesforce CPQ, exposure to large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementations, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
