Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

✦   Develop and optimize automation using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Flow designs.

✦   Oversee and contribute to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.

✦   Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, performance, and CI/CD deployment guidelines.

✦   Collaborate with architects, admins, business analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams.

✦   Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

✦   Support DevOps and release activities.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

✦   6-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex and LWC.

✦   Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and automation using Flows and Lightning components.

✦   Strong experience designing scalable technical solutions.

✦   Experience performing code reviews and working with DevOps/CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments.
