Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions.

✦   Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications.

✦   Develop and customize Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Advanced Flows, and configurations.

✦   Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.

✦   Optimize solutions to improve contact center efficiency, automation, and agent productivity.

✦   Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce environments.

✦   Support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and external systems.

✦   Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and release teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Lead Developer or Senior Salesforce Developer.

✦   Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.

✦   Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Advanced Flows.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce customizations, configurations, and technical design.

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

✦   Experience working with global contact center environments is a strong plus.

✦   Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

✦   Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
