Job Responsibilities:

✦   Gather requirements directly from business users and write detailed user stories.

✦   Lead the enhancement projects and manage the Jira support queue.

✦   Handle complex configuration (Flows, Permission Sets, Data Loads).

✦   Work with declarative tools such as Flows and Validation Rules.

✦   Manage integrations with boundary systems such as ERP and BI.

✦   Coordinate UAT and demo new features to stakeholders.

✦   Work closely with the offshore team during EST overlap to ensure clarity.

✦   Coordinate and mentor the offshore team.

✦   Interface with IT and business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical and project requirements.

✦   Actively resolve tickets logged in Jira and proactively recommend fixes.

Job Requirements:

✦   Must have 8+ years in Salesforce with strong Admin, Development, and client-facing BA experience.

✦   Must have good understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration possibilities.

✦   Experience with integrations involving ERP and BI systems.

✦   Strong experience with declarative tools including Flows and Validation Rules.

✦   Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

✦   Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.

✦   Experience in presales and sales processes including Pricing, Quoting, Opportunities, Registrations, and samples.
