Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Define and enforce standards for application design, coding, and database architecture.

✦   Provide solution direction and mentor developers on best practices.

✦   Lead and mentor teams during project execution and drive outcomes.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to solution consulting and customer workshops.

✦   Deliver demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) rapidly.

✦   Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features.

✦   Implement platform functionalities including workflow, approvals, user setup, and admin tasks.

✦   Handle data migration including mapping, transformation, and loading.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, WSDL, middleware tools, and third-party applications.

✦   Manage deployments using Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Experience with end-to-end implementation in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and WSDL.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Batch Apex.

✦   Experience with data migration and system configuration.

✦   Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and integration methodologies.

✦   Experience with release management tools such as Copado, AutoRABIT, or Gearset.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Experience with JIRA or equivalent tools.

✦   Strong communication skills with client-facing exposure.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2).

✦   Nice-to-have: Salesforce Data Architect or Integration Architect certifications.

✦   Experience integrating with AWS platform and P2P systems is beneficial.
