Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement technical solutions adhering to Salesforce platform standards and Waters architecture guidelines.

✦   Contribute to Salesforce initiatives across Sales and Service Cloud, including design, development, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support.

✦   Develop solutions using Flows, Apex programming, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Perform Salesforce configuration and customization including workflows, record types, page layouts, and objects.

✦   Conduct unit testing and defect fixes.

✦   Participate in cross-functional integration projects between Salesforce and other applications.

✦   Maintain compliance with Access Control, Change Management, and SDLC policies.

✦   Identify root causes of production issues and propose solutions.

✦   Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.

✦   Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability.

✦   Maintain org health and propose improvements.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

✦   5+ years of software development experience.

✦   3+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Expertise in Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, workflows, page layouts, and record types.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.

✦   Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards.

✦   Strong analytical and business acumen skills.

✦   Experience working in Agile development environments.

✦   Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud, Marketing Automation, Platform App Builder.
