Job Responsibilities:
✦ Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound efforts, including cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling.
✦ Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule to nurture cold leads into warm, Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs).
✦ Salesforce Domain Expert: Use your understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem to speak credibly with prospects about their CRM challenges and business needs.
✦ Lead Qualification: Conduct high-level discovery calls to identify prospect pain points and determine if our consulting/implementation services are a fit.
✦ Data Integrity: Expertly manage your own pipeline within Salesforce CRM, ensuring all activity is tracked, accurate, and up-to-date.
✦ Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified meetings.
Job Requirements:
✦ Experience: 13 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, specifically within the SaaS industry.
✦ Salesforce Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of Salesforce or CRM is mandatory.
✦ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
✦ Resilience: A “hunter” mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
✦ Tech Savvy: Proficiency with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Appllo.
