Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Billing, CPQ, and Contracts.

✦   Lead solution design and integration architecture for Salesforce implementations.

✦   Manage Agentforce-based features and automation requirements.

✦   Work with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom development.

✦   Handle integrations and integration architecture design with external systems.

✦   Use Gearset for deployment and release management activities.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.

✦   Ensure production support, stability, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications.

✦   Lead Agile delivery processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

✦   Provide technical leadership and guide development teams.

✦   Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

✦   6–11 years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Contracts.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce automation tools.

✦   Strong knowledge of integration architecture and API-based integrations.

✦   Experience with Gearset or similar deployment tools.

✦   Strong understanding of solution design and system architecture.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments.

✦   Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

✦   Good communication skills in English.
