Job Responsibilities:

✦   Conduct end-to-end audits of Salesforce license and consumption usage across multi-cloud and multi-org environments.

✦   Identify unused, underutilized, and redundant licenses through usage analysis.

✦   Manage the full license lifecycle including procurement, allocation, optimization, and retirement.

✦   Ensure compliance with Salesforce licensing terms and conditions.

✦   Build optimization roadmaps with cost-saving targets.

✦   Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting on utilization, adoption, and spend.

✦   Partner with procurement, finance, legal, and business teams to align licensing strategy.

✦   Deliver financial analysis and cost modeling for investment decisions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

✦   5-10 years of experience in software management, IT procurement, or license management.

✦   Experience managing Salesforce or SaaS licensing in large-scale environments.

✦   Experience building dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

✦   Strong skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.

✦   Understanding of software asset governance and licensing policies.

✦   Ability to interpret contractual agreements and licensing terms.

✦   Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
