Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and development of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions with a focus on Veeva CRM integrations.

✦   Build custom Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, Flows, Omnistudio, etc.) aligned with Pharma/MedTech business processes.

✦   Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Veeva, and other enterprise applications.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

✦   Provide technical leadership to junior developers and guide offshore teams when needed.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce and Veeva best practices, security, and compliance frameworks (21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GDPR).

✦   Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and maintain technical documentation.

✦   Evaluate new Salesforce and Veeva features and recommend adoption strategies.

✦   Optimize performance and scalability of Life Sciences Cloud implementations.

✦   Design and enhance Salesforce applications for the Life Sciences sector.

✦   Lead the development of innovative solutions aligned with client needs.

✦   Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

✦   Build and maintain productive relationships with clients.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project outcomes.

✦   Analyze business requirements to inform application features.

✦   Mentor junior team members in practices and methodologies.

✦   Drive continuous enhancement initiatives within the team.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   2+ years working with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (Pharma, MedTech, Health).

✦   Strong expertise in Veeva CRM (Sales, Medical, Events Management) and exposure to Veeva Vault.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Omnistudio.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Connect, APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft/ETL tools).

✦   Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and compliance requirements for regulated industries.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.

✦   Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/Omnistudio) certification preferred.

✦   Veeva CRM Administrator/Developer certification preferred.

✦   Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud certification preferred.

✦   Bachelor’s Degree.

✦   4 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   2 years of experience working with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.

✦   Strong expertise in Veeva CRM.

✦   Oral and written proficiency in English required.

✦   Bachelor’s Degree in Technology preferred.

✦   Demonstrating proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flows.

✦   Experience leading design and development of Salesforce solutions.

✦   Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements.

✦   Promoting adherence to compliance frameworks.

✦   Optimizing performance of Life Sciences Cloud implementations.

✦   Mentoring junior developers and guiding teams.
