Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead solution strategy and execution for life sciences Salesforce projects.

✦   Motivate and inspire team members to deliver high-quality results.

✦   Manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.

✦   Oversee multiple workstreams while maintaining quality standards.

✦   Leverage Salesforce and Veeva knowledge to drive project success.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders and team members across engagements.

✦   Identify process improvements and implement solutions.

✦   Ensure adherence to timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

✦   Support consulting services including implementation, training, and adoption of Salesforce applications.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce experience.

✦   5+ years of experience in regulated life sciences domain.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Veeva and Life Sciences Cloud (LSC).

✦   Strong solution architecture experience in multi-cloud environments.

✦   Experience with OmniStudio for patient assessments.

✦   Knowledge of medical affairs workflows.

✦   Experience with Veeva to Salesforce migration.

✦   Salesforce Administrator or equivalent certification preferred.

✦   Regulatory and compliance knowledge in life sciences domain.

✦   Strong communication and leadership skills.
