Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce-based applications tailored for the Life Sciences industry.

✦   Lead the development of innovative Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements.

✦   Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project outcomes.

✦   Analyze business requirements and translate them into application features.

✦   Build and maintain client relationships and provide consulting support.

✦   Mentor junior team members on Salesforce practices and methodologies.

✦   Drive continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives within Salesforce implementations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field.

✦   Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.

✦   Strong expertise in Veeva CRM.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.

✦   Experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions.

✦   Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

✦   Knowledge of compliance frameworks in Life Sciences domain.

✦   Experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, or MedTech domain is preferred.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
