Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and enhance Salesforce applications for the Life Sciences sector.

✦   Lead development of innovative Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements.

✦   Analyze business requirements and translate them into application features.

✦   Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project delivery outcomes.

✦   Build and maintain strong client relationships.

✦   Mentor and guide junior team members.

✦   Drive continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives within Salesforce implementations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s Degree is required.

✦   Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.

✦   Strong expertise in Veeva CRM.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions.

✦   Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred.

✦   Background in Pharma, Biotechnology, or MedTech domain is preferred.
