Job Responsibilities:

✦   Own end-to-end loyalty architecture including target state and roadmap aligned to business objectives.

✦   Design loyalty programs including tiers, points economics, earn/burn rules, partner catalogs, and expiration policies.

✦   Model member 360 and integrate Loyalty Member with Salesforce FSC Person/Household structures.

✦   Integrate loyalty system with core banking, partners, and external systems using APIs and event-driven architecture.

✦   Design Experience Cloud components for member portals and mobile-friendly loyalty experiences.

✦   Define Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud segments and journeys for loyalty engagement.

✦   Govern data privacy, consent management, role-based access, and secure data sharing.

✦   Define monitoring, alerting, and operational playbooks for loyalty operations.

✦   Create solution diagrams, integration specifications, and test strategies.

✦   Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Engineering teams for delivery.

✦   Design scalable architecture for Loyalty Cloud with FSC, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud integration.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud architecture and implementation.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs.

✦   Understanding of Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.

✦   Knowledge of data modeling, identity mapping, and member 360 architecture.

✦   Experience in event-driven architecture, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.

✦   Strong understanding of security, compliance, and consent management.

✦   Ability to design scalable enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.

✦   Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including product, risk, and compliance teams.
