Job Responsibilities:

✦   Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and future-state business requirements.

✦   Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for Salesforce initiatives.

✦   Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional design documentation.

✦   Work closely with architects and development teams to support the design of Salesforce solutions, including LWC-based enhancements.

✦   Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement walkthroughs with cross-functional teams.

✦   Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and requirement clarification throughout the project lifecycle.

✦   Validate proposed solutions against business objectives and ensure alignment with Salesforce platform capabilities.

✦   Coordinate and support user acceptance testing, defect triage, and business sign-off.

✦   Drive process optimization and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions that improve business efficiency and user experience.

✦   Provide ongoing functional guidance to project teams and stakeholders during implementation and post-go-live phases.

Job Requirements:

✦   12-18 years of relevant experience.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce business analysis across complex enterprise environments.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, workflows, and solution design principles.

✦   Exposure to Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the ability to work with technical teams on UI-driven requirements.

✦   Expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, user story creation, and functional documentation.

✦   Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

✦   Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.

✦   Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to identify process gaps and recommend business-focused Salesforce enhancements.

✦   Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Business Analyst certification will be an advantage.
