Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions focusing on SFDC Identity and Security to ensure robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.

✦   Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs and enhance user experience.

✦   Develop and customize Salesforce applications, workflows, process automation, and integrations to meet client-specific needs.

✦   Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SOQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data within the Salesforce platform.

✦   Design and implement solutions that adhere to best practices and maintainable code standards.

✦   Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications and features.

✦   Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.

✦   Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.

✦   Collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes and standards.

✦   Document technical specifications, processes, and solution designs as needed.

✦   Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any technical concerns.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of experience with Salesforce LWC development.

✦   Expertise using Apex, Aura components, and LWC.

✦   Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

✦   Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.

✦   Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
