Job Responsibilities:
✦ Own and evolve Salesforce environment including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Manage Salesforce administration, configuration, and platform optimization.
✦ Ensure platform stability, performance, and governance.
✦ Lead deployment of AgentForce AI agents across service and operational workflows.
✦ Implement automation for customer service, IT support, case management, and operational processes.
✦ Integrate Salesforce with Microsoft Teams, knowledge bases, SAP, MuleSoft, and enterprise systems.
✦ Support sales forecasting framework and improve pipeline visibility.
✦ Improve sales workflows including quote generation and contract management.
✦ Partner with commercial teams to enhance Salesforce usability.
✦ Drive Salesforce-based commercial process optimization and enterprise integration.
Job Requirements:
✦ 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
✦ Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Flow, automation, and configuration.
✦ Strong understanding of CRM data models and sales operations.
✦ Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.
✦ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
✦ Experience with MuleSoft integration (preferred).
✦ Experience with AI-powered Salesforce automation such as AgentForce (preferred).
✦ Experience with cloud voice or telephony integration (preferred).
✦ Experience supporting sales, service, or commerce processes in Salesforce.
✦ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
