Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

✦   Develop and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

✦   Create and manage Data Extensions, audience segmentation, and data flows.

✦   Write SQL queries for data extraction and segmentation.

✦   Build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs with external systems and CRM platforms.

✦   Design and develop email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.

✦   Customize and extend Marketing Cloud functionality using JavaScript and SSJS.

✦   Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.

✦   Troubleshoot technical issues and improve marketing automation performance.

✦   Ensure data integrity and support reporting and analytics.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and trends.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.

✦   Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Data Extensions.

✦   Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript (SSJS).

✦   Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).

✦   Strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and audience management.

✦   Knowledge of marketing automation principles and email marketing best practices.

✦   Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

✦   Familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds is preferred.

✦   Experience with additional programming languages like Python or Apex is a plus.

✦   Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred.
