Job Responsibilities:

✦   System configuration and administration.

✦   Data management and segmentation.

✦   Campaign development and execution.

✦   Integration and automation.

✦   Troubleshooting and support.

✦   Training and documentation.

✦   Monitoring and reporting.

✦   Understand business requirements and translate them to technical specifications.

✦   Lead architecture discussions as the technical representative or owner.

✦   Prepare technical design documents including High Level Design and Low Level Design documents.

✦   Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces, integrations, and technical components with multiple other ERP systems.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud for engagements like implementation or development for leading global clients and supported technical activities for different modules or function areas.

✦   Salesforce Marketing Cloud proficiency.

✦   Good hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud related components.

✦   Good exposure in migrating data to Cloud and configuration.

✦   B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization.
