Job Responsibilities:

✦   Must have good knowledge and work experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

✦   Develop product knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

✦   Create emails in Email Studio with dynamic content and personalization.

✦   Create smart forms and landing pages.

✦   Automate data imports and other business processes in Automation Studio.

✦   Create medium and complex journeys in Journey Builder.

✦   Build, validate, and update lists and data extensions in Contact Builder.

✦   Work with Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Interaction Studio, and Einstein for cross-channel campaigns.

✦   Integrate with Sales/Service Cloud and use Distributed Marketing.

✦   Perform QA and rendering checks across mail domains and devices.

✦   Fix issues in incorrectly rendered images, emails, and dynamic content.

✦   Use AmpScript, SSJS, and SQL for development and automation.

✦   Load/import records into Data Extensions using SQL or SSJS.

✦   Validate data and create audience segments for campaigns.

✦   Design and manage complex journeys using multiple data sources.

✦   Set up SFMC from scratch including Business Units, Roles, and User Profiles.

✦   Configure user permissions and access controls.

✦   Work with SOAP and REST APIs.

✦   Understand and work with client data models.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

✦   Strong knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder.

✦   Experience with Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Interaction Studio, Einstein.

✦   Hands-on experience with AmpScript, SSJS, and SQL.

✦   Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud integration.

✦   Strong understanding of SFMC data models.

✦   Experience in building complex journeys and audience segmentation.

✦   Ability to perform QA and email rendering checks.

✦   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to set up and configure SFMC from scratch.
