Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms.

✦   Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.

✦   Develop dynamic and personalized email templates using AMPscript, SSJS, and CSS3.

✦   Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems using SOAP APIs and data synchronization.

✦   Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data, create segments, and enable advanced personalization.

✦   Design and implement data models, ingestion pipelines, and identity resolution strategies in Data Cloud.

✦   Collaborate with business, marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

✦   Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR.

✦   Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and automation improvements.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments.

✦   Support deployment, release management, and environment configuration.

✦   Maintain documentation of technical designs, processes, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud development.

✦   Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.

✦   Experience with AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and CSS3.

✦   Experience in integrations and data synchronization across systems.

✦   Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing automation best practices.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

✦   Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field.
