Job Responsibilities:

✦   Build and orchestrate campaigns including multi-step omnichannel journeys using Journey Builder.

✦   Configure entry events, decision splits, goal tracking, and exit criteria.

✦   Create transactional sends and triggered journeys with error handling and monitoring.

✦   Develop dynamic content and personalization using AMPscript and SSJS.

✦   Use Content Builder features for personalization and modular email development.

✦   Design data models including Contact Builder relationships and data extensions.

✦   Build SQL queries in Automation Studio for segmentation.

✦   Schedule and manage Automation Studio jobs including imports, queries, and scripts.

✦   Create CloudPages including landing pages and forms using AMPscript and SSJS.

✦   Implement API-backed pages and real-time event capture.

✦   Ensure quality, compliance, and deliverability including GDPR and CAN-SPAM requirements.

✦   Troubleshoot and optimize SFMC configurations and campaign performance.

✦   Work with APIs including REST and SOAP for messaging, data extensions, and authentication.

✦   Integrate Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect.

✦   Handle bulk data movement and ETL processes.

✦   Implement eventing, webhooks, and transactional messaging APIs.

✦   Ensure security, compliance, and observability through logging and monitoring.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.

✦   Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.

✦   Proficiency in AMPscript and SSJS.

✦   Experience with REST and SOAP APIs including OAuth 2.0 authentication.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CRM integration using Marketing Cloud Connect.

✦   Knowledge of ETL tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, SnapLogic, or Azure Data Factory.

✦   Understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and data extensions.

✦   Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.

✦   Strong troubleshooting, optimization, and analytical skills.

✦   Experience with HTML and CSS validation tools.

✦   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

✦   Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Developer, or Administrator are preferred.

✦   Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

✦   Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to work independently.
