Job Responsibilities:

✦   Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect and other integrations.

✦   Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and writing statements of work.

✦   Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders.

✦   Design and deliver solutions in Email Studio.

✦   Design and implement automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.

✦   Advise clients on optimization of marketing automation solutions.

✦   Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and third-party applications or data sources.

✦   Conduct user training and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud.

✦   Develop automated email/mobile journeys and troubleshoot issues related to Marketing Cloud solutions.

✦   Customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions using REST APIs, AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and CSS.

✦   Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures.

✦   Collaborate with internal teams to determine the best implementation approach.

✦   Continuously improve Marketing Cloud data model and architecture.

Job Requirements:

✦   6-11 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.

✦   Strong hands-on technical understanding of Marketing Cloud data extension, contact architecture, integration, and automation capabilities.

✦   Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.

✦   Experience with REST APIs, SQL development, and email/cloud page template development.

✦   Experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder.

✦   Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs such as email marketing, PPC, and conversion metrics.

✦   Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio and Journey Builder.

✦   Proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder and Einstein Engagement is a plus.

✦   Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.

✦   Ability to translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.

✦   Knowledge of complex technology environments and optimization strategies.

✦   Experience in coaching and training business teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
