Job Responsibilities:

✦   Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect and other integrations.

✦   Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and writing statements of work.

✦   Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders.

✦   Design and delivery of solutions in Email Studio.

✦   Design and implement automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, and advise clients on optimization.

✦   Analyze digital marketing KPIs such as email marketing, PPC, and conversion metrics.

✦   Reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder.

✦   Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and third-party applications or data sources.

✦   Conduct user training and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud.

✦   Deliver marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

✦   Develop automated email/mobile journeys and customize solutions using REST APIs, AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and CSS.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketing Cloud solutions.

✦   Engage in technical discussions with clients.

Job Requirements:

✦   Deep hands-on technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data extension, contact architecture, integration, and automation capabilities.

✦   Hands-on development experience with AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.

✦   Customization using REST APIs, AMPScript, SSJS, and SQL development.

✦   Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.

✦   Ability to translate business and marketing challenges into solutions.

✦   Collaborate with internal teams for Salesforce platform implementation.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce technology and roadmap.

✦   Understand complex technology environments and optimize solutions.

✦   Improve Marketing Cloud data model and architecture.

✦   Ability to teach and coach business teams.

✦   Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures.
