Job Responsibilities:
✦ Manage and support Pardot automations, engagement programs, and nurture campaigns.
✦ Ensure smooth integration between Pardot and Salesforce CRM, including lead creation and routing.
✦ Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to align campaign strategies and business goals.
✦ Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with actionable insights.
✦ Maintain data integrity, segmentation, and hygiene across Pardot and Salesforce.
✦ Identify and minimize duplicate leads and contacts.
✦ Develop and optimize lead scoring models and prospect grading frameworks.
✦ Support and execute bi-annual NPS (Net Promoter Score) campaigns as per defined criteria.
✦ Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and marketing best practices.
✦ Troubleshoot issues related to campaigns, automation, and integrations.
Job Requirements:
✦ 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot / Account Engagement).
✦ Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM integrations.
✦ Hands-on experience with lead lifecycle management and campaign execution.
✦ Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates and landing pages.
✦ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✦ Experience working with data segmentation and reporting.
✦ Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Pardot Specialist / Consultant), experience with campaign performance analytics and reporting tools, familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and funnel optimization, knowledge of data compliance frameworks (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
