Job Responsibilities:
✦ Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns.
✦ Validate journey configurations including entry sources, decision splits, wait activities, and triggers.
✦ Test email and push notification triggers to ensure correct campaign execution.
✦ Validate email templates for personalization, dynamic content, and correct rendering.
✦ Verify links, images, CTAs, and subscriber personalization strings.
✦ Test SQL queries used for audience segmentation.
✦ Validate Automation Studio workflows including data imports, extracts, and scheduled automations.
✦ Ensure automations execute correctly without errors or data inconsistencies.
✦ Validate data flow between Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
✦ Ensure correct data mapping and synchronization between systems.
✦ Verify campaign audience data and segmentation accuracy in Data Extensions.
✦ Validate engagement tracking metrics such as email sends, opens, clicks, and push engagement.
✦ Test engagement scoring logic.
✦ Identify, document, and track issues in journeys, emails, automations, and data flows.
✦ Work with developers and marketing teams to resolve defects.
✦ Perform regression testing after fixes.
✦ Support campaign launch and post-deployment validation.
✦ Provide hypercare support after go-live and coordinate handover to support teams.
Job Requirements:
✦ Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
✦ Knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
✦ Strong understanding of SQL for audience segmentation and data validation.
✦ Experience with campaign testing and marketing automation QA.
✦ Knowledge of data validation, data extensions, and subscriber data management.
