Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design and develop marketing campaigns across channels such as Email and LINE (Japanese messaging platform).
✦ Translate client business requirements into scalable end-to-end solution architecture frameworks.
✦ Define data flows, integration patterns, and customer journey frameworks aligned with marketing objectives and technical constraints.
✦ Design scalable MarTech ecosystems across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
✦ Create solution design documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
✦ Lead solution design and architecture discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
✦ Design, develop, test, document, and deploy third-party integrations with Salesforce.
✦ Work across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CDP, Datorama, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and CRM systems.
✦ Identify risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities in solution design.
✦ Support consulting activities including workshops, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughs.
Job Requirements:
✦ 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations.
✦ Strong experience in solution architecture and enterprise-level multi-system implementations.
✦ Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture frameworks.
✦ Strong experience with REST and SOAP-based web services and integrations.
✦ Experience in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, XML, and SOQL.
✦ Experience integrating SFMC with CRM, CDP, and external systems.
✦ Understanding of customer data flows, identity resolution, and journey orchestration.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio) is preferred.
✦ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant certification required; Interaction Studio certification preferred.
