Job Responsibilities:
✦ Create and maintain marketing automations, end-to-end customer journeys, and campaign building using Automation Builder, Journey Builder, and Message Centre.
✦ Configure cross-channel campaigns including email, direct mail, SMS, mobile push, call centre, and web.
✦ Analyze business requirements and map them to technical flows.
✦ Integrate with CRM platforms like Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and other external sources.
✦ Integrate with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and configure reports.
✦ Perform administrator functions such as business unit setup, user and role management, and account configurations.
✦ Develop and maintain responsive layout templates and personalized email templates.
✦ Set up data models using lists, groups, and data extensions.
✦ Manage opt-in/opt-out processes using public lists and publication lists.
✦ Configure emails, SMS, push, and other messaging channels for cross-channel journeys.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5.5 to 12 years of experience.
✦ Strong knowledge of marketing domain processes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
✦ Understanding of digital marketing processes including cross-channel marketing, campaign orchestration, real-time interaction, and customer journeys.
✦ Experience in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio.
✦ Knowledge of HTML, AMP Script, and SSJS.
✦ Strong SQL skills.
✦ Understanding of modules like Personalization, Data Cloud, Einstein, and Datorama.
✦ Experience with CAN-SPAM and email regulatory compliance.
✦ Experience in API integrations and CRM integrations.
✦ Excellent communication skills.
✦ Certification in SFMC Email Specialist and Developer is mandatory.
