Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead technical discovery sessions and discussions with clients, articulating technical designs and integration strategies.

✦   Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.

✦   Work with customers to understand campaign parameters such as audience, frequency, personalization, and creative approach.

✦   Drive hands-on technical implementation across Marketing Cloud studios and products.

✦   Translate client requirements into technical and functional documentation.

✦   Manage technical aspects of projects including email campaigns, landing pages, integrations, and data migration.

✦   Build solutions utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and modules.

✦   Provide guidance on integration of third-party systems.

✦   Debug issues and provide solutions.

✦   Lead, mentor, and guide a team of technical consultants and developers.

✦   Define project goals and timelines.

✦   Liaise with Salesforce product teams.

✦   Collaborate with global teams and work flexibly across geographies.

Job Requirements:

✦   3-7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

✦   Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Einstein, Automation Studio.

✦   Experience building HTML emails, templates, landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.

✦   Familiarity with AMPscript and SSJS.

✦   Familiarity with PSD to HTML conversion.

✦   Knowledge of integration patterns and Salesforce product suite.

✦   Experience with Data Cloud and related Marketing Cloud products.

✦   Understanding of system architecture and scalable solution design.

✦   Knowledge of data sharing, visibility, and platform architecture.

✦   Familiarity with APIs (SOAP and REST) and SQL.

✦   Experience with data integration tools and integrating Salesforce clouds.

✦   Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve them.
