Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Flows.

✦   Build and customize Experience Cloud portals for patient, provider, and partner experiences.

✦   Develop Agentforce automations and Data Cloud integrations.

✦   Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice.

✦   Develop API-driven integrations with AWS services and enterprise systems.

✦   Implement EHR interoperability using FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and healthcare integration patterns.

✦   Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment processes.

✦   Ensure compliance with HIPAA and enterprise governance standards.

✦   Collaborate with architects, analysts, UX teams, and stakeholders during design and delivery phases.

✦   Contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives using Salesforce Agentforce and AWS-native services.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Expertise in Apex Classes & Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow & Automation Tools, Agentforce, and Data Cloud Integrations.

✦   Experience with OmniStudio including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

✦   Experience Cloud development with Lightning Aura Components.

✦   Experience building patient, provider, and partner portals.

✦   API integration experience with AWS services and external systems.

✦   Knowledge of EHR integration patterns including FHIR, HL7, Epic, and Cerner.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, and SFDX/Jenkins.

✦   Exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI implementations in Salesforce.

✦   Salesforce certifications required: Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Specialist.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
