Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide industry expertise and advise executive-level clients on Salesforce and related technologies.

✦   Design and develop technical solutions for medium to large and complex enterprise clients.

✦   Participate in pre-sales and RFP processes through project implementation.

✦   Perform effort estimation for solution delivery.

✦   Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.

✦   Develop solution design documents and translate business needs into technical requirements.

✦   Create prototypes to validate solution approaches.

✦   Evaluate trade-offs between technology choices and feasibility.

✦   Design Salesforce-based business solutions including configuration, user stories, and business rules.

✦   Present and discuss technical solutions with client stakeholders.

✦   Act as technical lead on engagements and mentor team members.

✦   Support sprint planning, estimation, resource planning, and deployments.

✦   Collaborate with project managers, delivery managers, and solution architects.

✦   Identify and mitigate technical risks in project execution.
