Job Responsibilities:

✦   • Design, implement, and maintain technology solutions using the OmniStudio platform within the Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   • Manage and maintain Salesforce environments to ensure stability and scalability.

✦   • Develop and automate deployment processes for Salesforce applications.

✦   • Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions.

✦   • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

✦   • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

✦   • Manage version control and repositories for Salesforce projects.

✦   • Provide technical support and guidance to Salesforce users.

✦   • Review and merge work in source control.

Job Requirements:

✦   • 6–9 years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   • Strong knowledge of OmniStudio and Salesforce platform.

✦   • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce configuration.

✦   • Experience with REST or SOAP API integrations.

✦   • Experience working with any Salesforce cloud.

✦   • Strong understanding of deployment, version control, and system maintenance.

✦   • Ability to collaborate with development teams and troubleshoot issues effectively.
