Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and configure applications using Salesforce OmniStudio.

✦   Work on OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

✦   Develop and enhance custom components across systems/applications.

✦   Perform API integrations (REST/SOAP) with external systems.

✦   Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles.

✦   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.

✦   Ensure high performance, scalability, and quality of applications.

✦   Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

✦   Contribute to key technical and design decisions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Any Graduate.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce OmniStudio Platform.

✦   Hands-on with OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud basics).

✦   Experience in Apex, LWC or Aura.

✦   Strong understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP).

✦   Familiarity with application design principles.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments.

✦   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
