Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and configure applications using Salesforce OmniStudio. Work on OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and enhance custom components across systems/applications. Perform API integrations (REST/SOAP) with external systems. Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. Ensure high performance, scalability, and quality of applications. Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing. Contribute to key technical and design decisions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce OmniStudio Platform. Hands-on with OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. Knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud basics). Experience in Apex, LWC or Aura (preferred). Strong understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with application design principles. Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
