Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, and Apex.

✦   Develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications, components, and integrations.

✦   Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet best practices and coding standards.

✦   Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.

✦   Customize Salesforce applications including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.

✦   Use Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes and workflows.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

✦   Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

✦   Participate in Agile development processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

✦   Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.

✦   Deploy changes to higher environments following change management processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

✦   5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with focus on OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, Integrations, and Apex.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar middleware tools.

✦   Proficiency in OmniStudio (OmniScript, Flexcards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

✦   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification required.

✦   Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification required.

✦   Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant certification preferred.
