Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions to optimize operational efficiency.

✦   Provide consulting services across Salesforce applications.

✦   Implement software solutions and support training for effective usage.

✦   Build client relationships and support stakeholder communication.

✦   Use critical thinking to solve complex business problems.

✦   Contribute to improving user experience and business processes.

✦   Support delivery of consulting engagements and client solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree required (BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/ME/MTech preferred).

✦   Minimum 4 years of experience.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Force.com platform.

✦   Experience in OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Knowledge of JSON and Vlocity integration.

✦   Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
