Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce OmniStudio-based solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   Manage and maintain Salesforce environments to ensure stability and scalability.

✦   Develop and automate deployment processes for Salesforce applications.

✦   Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects.

✦   Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions.

✦   Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

✦   Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

✦   Manage version control and repositories for Salesforce projects.

✦   Provide technical support and guidance to Salesforce users.

✦   Review and merge work in source control.

✦   Set up, monitor, and improve DevOps processes.

✦   Oversee DevOps processes and provide mentorship.

✦   Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.

✦   Work extensively with Salesforce OmniStudio components.

Job Requirements:

✦   7–12 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps roles.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Experience in managing Salesforce environments and deployments.

✦   Knowledge of version control systems and source code management.

✦   Ability to monitor systems and troubleshoot production issues.

✦   Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in Salesforce.

✦   Good communication and collaboration skills.
